One of my assignment in International Media Communication requires factual and non fictional article about organization management. Particularly on how work is divided and how workers advance the corporate ladder.
But sadly, business magazine focuses on individual success and marketing rather than the methodology of each companies administration.
That's not all, even business section on newspaper prefers company growth and share over management issues.
So in other words, I'm quite lost for the moment.
I was wondering, whether you business student out there come across management articles on the web recently? If you do and his within 2009 and present, please let me know.
